    Helpful staff especially if you have a young kiddo with you who you're trying to keep tabs on. They've always been a family friendly place. Usual drinks and snacks as in any Costa. I'd love to see them develop their food menu with plant based/vegan options (hence the 4 stars)

    One of the slowest service costas I've ever been in. Q was nearly out the door took 15 minutes to get served. All the staff no urgency at all. No coffee points on card as system is apparently down. If you want a quick coffee don't come here.

    Day one the staff (2) took their time in acknowledging we were waiting, a simple "be with you in a mo" would have sufficed whilst cutlery was put away. Day 2 more staff on, much busier but service better. Very friendly staff.
